• Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a unique tracking code.
• Tracking: You can use this tracking code on our nominated courier’s website to follow your item’s delivery status or access the “Track Order” section on our website.
3. UK Delivery Timeframes & Costs
We prioritise the safe and secure arrival of your order. The expected delivery timeframe within the UK is typically 5 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

5. Lost or Damaged Items
• Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives faulty or defective, please contact our dedicated Customer Support team immediately. We will arrange for the item to be inspected and, where the fault is confirmed, process a full exchange or refund — including any postage costs — as quickly as possible.
• Lost in Transit: If an item is confirmed lost by our courier, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
